Return Policy

Vaporall 1 Year Limited Warranty

Due to the fact that our products cannot be repackaged or resold like most other electronic devices, we do not offer a full money back guarantee. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items.

In the event you need to return any Vaporall products, simply complete the Replacement Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, place the RMA form, a proof-of-purchase, and the item(s) to be exchanged in an appropriate envelope/package, and mail it to us at the address indicated on the RMA form.

RMA forms can be obtained by emailing or calling customer service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

NOTE: All exchange requests MUST be accompanied by an RMA form, a proof-of-purchase, and all items to be exchanged. This request must be received within one year from the original purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirements. We recommend that you return your product via traceable mail as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered exchanges. Vaporall is not responsible for reimbursing any shipping fees incurred when returning exchanges. All exchange requests MUST be accompanied by a proof-of-purchase. Any package received without a proof-of-purchase will be returned to the sender. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirements. All liquid sales are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.


Return process

  • Step 1: Make sure you have your receipt, order number, name and email address on-hand.
  • Step 2: Download and fill out our provide RMA form completely and forward to RMA@vaporall.com
  • Step 3: Once your request is approved, you will receive your Return Ticket #
  •  via email. If you have any trouble submitting the Return Request form, contact Vaporall customer service, toll free at 855-827-3255. 
  • Step 4: When you receive your Return Ticket #, ship the product with your Return Ticket# clearly marked on the outside of the package with the address provided.

Products must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date for refunds. Please be sure to prominently display your Return Ticket# on the outside of the package. If you did not receive a Return Ticket#, please contact our support department and we will be happy to look it up for you.

All Vaporall batteries and accessories, excluding atomizers/cartomizers, apparels and liquids, may be returned within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded.

Vaporall makes no other express or implied warranty or condition whatsoever, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this Warranty. We do not offer refunds on atomizers or liquids. Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to Vaporall Starter Kits in their original packaging which have been purchased through www.vaporall.com. Misused, damaged, or broken starter kits will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must be received within 30-days of the original purchase date. Vaporall does not refund shipping costs unless products were shipped to you in error. This offer does not apply to wholesale orders (contact your sales representative for details). Do not return product without first contacting Vaporall customer service for a Return Ticket #. Items shipped without RMA process will be rejected and sent back to sender. Do not attempt to return any liquids. These cannot and will not be exchanged.
